  • Develop and maintain concrete placement plans, pour sequences, and shoring/reshoring calculations in coordination with the Superintendent
  • Perform quantity takeoffs for concrete, reinforcement, and forming materials to support estimating and procurement, in close coordination with the Superintendent
  • Track and coordinate RFIs, submittals, and change order documentation through resolution
  • Conduct field visits to verify compliance with approved drawings and mix designs
  • Support QC/QA processes including pre-pour inspections, concrete testing coordination, and documentation of field conditions
  • Analyze and respond to field conditions including non-conformance reports, concrete test failures, and design conflicts
  • Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, look-ahead plans, and resource forecasts
  • Coordinate with inspectors and GC project engineers on technical issues
  • Support project closeout including punchlist resolution, warranty documentation, and final inspections

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
